Oat flours are healthy non-meat proteins

There is an increasing demand for non-meat protein, especially for sports nutrition products. Oat flours are perfect for these kind of applications, being a natural vegetable protein. Check our oat flours, from 12% to 19% protein.

They are excellent to extrude for snacks or breakfast cereals, give a very fine crisp and chrunchiness. Combine the oat flours with some good tasting pea protein and you may reach 30-40% protein in the final application. 

Then add some good flavours - spices, chili, peanut or whatever to finalise the non-meat protein product - and you will have a great snack :-)
