Oat oil from Swedish Oat Fiber is very unique with its special nutritional and functional properties, especially combined with the emulsifying effect of the polar lipids.

In general, the higher the content of the polar lipids, the higher the emulsifying effect. This also means that the higher the content of the polar lipids, the less oil is needed for emulsifying.

It is a vegetable oil, all natural without any E-numbers to declare. It is according to FDA regulations also gluten free, containing less than 20 ppm gluten.

Actually, the SWEOAT® oils are the result of a new patented process to fractionate crude oat oil into varying contents of polar lipids in the range of 4–40, to be used as ingredients in food, feed, cosmetics etc.

SWEOAT® Oil PL4

Yellowish orange, light oat cereal taste. Average of 100 gram:
Fat 99 g, whereof polar lipids 4 g and neutral lipids 95 g.
Saturated fatty acids 17 g, monounsaturated fatty acids 37g,
polyunsaturated fatty acids 45 g.
Shelf life 12 months.

SWEOAT® Oil PL15

Yellowish brown, oat cereal taste. Average of 100 gram:
Fat 97 g, whereof polar lipids 15 g and neutral lipids 82 g.
Saturated fatty acids 17 g, monounsaturated fatty acids 37g,
polyunsaturated fatty acids 45 g.

Yellowish brown, light oat cereal taste. Average of 100 gram:
